Your food is prepared in an inspected and licensed commercial kitchen. I have a food handlers certificate.

  • We wash our hands thoroughly upon entering the kitchen.

  • All surfaces and equipment are sprayed with a commercial disinfectant.

  • All kitchen clean up is first washed and then sanitized (commercial disinfectant).

  • Dishes, cutlery and beverage ware from the classes is put through the dishwasher set to sanitize.
